Sadly, the back of my earring popped off, but Toolally fixed it up real quick.

I'm a big fan of this brand! Their support team is absolutely top-notch! Not only do they provide amazing original earrings, but they also handle repairs and replacements. I'm totally crazy about Toolally!

I just bought 2 pairs of pebble earrings on sale, and one of them showed up with a line through the middle of the pebble. I reached out to Customer Services, specifically Abigail, and in just 3 days, I received a replacement earring. No fuss whatsoever! I'm really impressed with Abigail's quick response and I'm loving the earrings.

These earrings are just wonderful; I've got a few pairs and I feel lucky to have them. They're crafted beautifully, light as a feather, and really enhance any look. The support team is top-notch. These earrings are really nice to look at and quite light, but they've given me a reaction on my earlobes, which is a first for me, even with the most inexpensive earrings. I can't tell if it's the material or maybe how they were kept, but something feels off.

If they're asking £55 for a pair, they ought to sort this out.
